Overview #
Workspaces let you connect multiple WordPress sites to the PloverCRM mobile app. Each workspace has its own contacts, stages, lists, tags, and settings. You can switch between them instantly.
Adding a Workspace #
From the Header #
- Tap the workspace name in the top-right header
- Tap Add New Workspace
- Enter the site URL, username, and API password
- Tap Login
From Settings #
- Go to Settings → Workspace
- Scroll to Add New Workspace
- Enter credentials and tap Login
Each workspace is independent — different sites, different credentials, different data.
Switching Workspaces #
Quick Switch (Header) #
- Tap the workspace name in the header bar
- A modal shows all connected workspaces
- Tap the workspace you want to switch to
- The modal closes and the app loads the new workspace’s data
From Settings #
- Go to Settings → Workspace
- Under Switch Workspace, tap any workspace that isn’t the current one
- A success toast confirms the switch
When switching, the dashboard and leads screens clear stale data and reload fresh data from the new workspace.
Workspace Information #
Go to Settings → Workspace to see:
- Workspace Name — the site domain
- Business Information — business name, email, and last updated date (if configured)
Editing Credentials #
If your API password changes or you need to update the site URL:
- Settings → Workspace → Edit Credentials
- Update the fields
- Save
Business Information #
Configure your business details for the workspace:
- Settings → Workspace → Edit Business Info (or Add Business Info)
- Enter business name, email, and other details
- Save
Business information is stored per-workspace and can be used in message templates.
Deleting a Workspace #
- Settings → Workspace → scroll to Danger Zone
- Tap Remove Workspace
- Confirm in the alert dialog
What’s deleted:
- Local workspace data and cached contacts
- Stored credentials
- Push notification registration for this workspace
What’s NOT affected:
- Your WordPress account and server data
- Other connected workspaces
- The API password (still valid until admin revokes it)
If you delete the last workspace, the app redirects to the login screen.
Tips #
- You can use the same WordPress username across different sites — each workspace is identified by its URL + credentials combination
- After switching workspaces, the dashboard refreshes automatically
- Push notifications are workspace-aware — tapping a notification switches to the correct workspace before opening the contact
