Overview #
The Dashboard is your home screen — a snapshot of your CRM at a glance. It shows pipeline stages, key metrics, recent activity, upcoming reminders, and quick access to lists.
Stages #
The top section displays your pipeline stages as color-coded cards. Each card shows:
- Stage name
- Number of contacts in that stage
Tap any stage to jump directly to the Leads tab filtered by that stage.
Stages are configured by your administrator in WordPress (PloverCRM → Settings → Stages). After admin changes, refresh your workspace data in Settings → Data & Sync.
Stats Row #
Three metric cards showing:

| Contacts | Total contact count — tap to open All Leads |
| Lists | Number of lists in your CRM |
| Tags | Number of tags in your CRM |
Leads Growth Graph #
A visual chart showing how your contact base has grown over time. Useful for tracking lead generation trends.
Reminders #
Shows your next 5 pending reminders with:
- Reminder title
- Contact name
- Scheduled date/time
- Overdue indicator (red) for past-due reminders
Tap a reminder to view full details, complete it, edit, or delete.
Tap See all to open the full reminders management screen.
Lists #
Quick access to your CRM lists. Tap any list to jump to the Leads tab filtered by that list.
Pull to Refresh #
Pull down anywhere on the dashboard to refresh all data — stats, stages, reminders, and the growth graph update simultaneously.
Workspace Switching #
The current workspace name appears in the header bar (top right). Tap it to open the workspace switcher modal and switch to a different connected site.
When you switch workspaces, the dashboard clears stale data and shows a loading indicator until the new workspace’s data loads.
