Change the App Theme
Choose how PloverCRM looks on your mobile device. The theme setting affects the appearance of the entire app.
Open Theme Settings #
- Open PloverCRM.
- Tap Settings.
- Under App preferences, tap Theme.

Choose a theme #
Tap one of these options:
- System Default — Follows your device theme setting.
- Light Mode — Always uses the light theme.
- Dark Mode — Always uses the dark theme.
The selected option is marked with a check indicator, and the change applies immediately.
Use System Default #
Choose System Default when you want PloverCRM to follow your device’s light or dark appearance setting. PloverCRM changes when your device theme changes.
Use Light Mode or Dark Mode #
Choose Light Mode or Dark Mode when you want PloverCRM to keep that appearance regardless of your device setting.
Troubleshooting #
The app still uses the previous appearance
Return to Settings → Theme and confirm that the intended option has the check indicator. Close and reopen the app if the display does not update immediately.
The app theme does not follow my device
Select System Default. Light Mode and Dark Mode intentionally override the device theme setting.
