Customize Notification Alerts
Customize the title and message shown in PloverCRM alerts for new leads and reminders.
Open alert settings #
- Open PloverCRM.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Notifications.
- Scroll to Alert Messages.

Customize New Lead Alerts #
- Under Alert Messages, tap New Lead Alerts.
- Enter the alert title and message shown when a new lead alert arrives.
- Review the preview.
- Save the changes using the control shown by PloverCRM.
PloverCRM can show New lead alert message saved after the update succeeds.
Customize Reminder Alerts #
- Under Alert Messages, tap Reminder Alerts.
- Enter the alert title and message shown when a reminder alert appears.
- Review the preview.
- Save the changes.
PloverCRM can show Reminder alert message saved after the update succeeds.
Review a preview #
The preview shows an example of how the alert can appear on your device. Reminder previews can include the reminder title and related information.
Review the message before saving so the alert is clear on a small screen.
If the settings are read-only #
You may be able to review shared alert templates without changing them. Notification-template management permission is required to save changes. Contact your workspace administrator when an alert message needs to be updated.
Troubleshooting #
Alert Messages is unavailable
Your role may not have access to shared notification templates. Ask your workspace administrator to review your permissions.
The save option is unavailable
You may have view-only access. A teammate with notification-template management permission must save the changes.
The new message does not appear
Confirm that the changes were saved successfully, then check the notification mode in Configure Notifications. Device notification permission and workspace push support are also required.
