Overview #
The Contact Detail Screen allows users to view and update all information related to a specific lead or contact. This screen provides a complete profile including contact information, activity history, reminders, and CRM interactions.
Sales teams often rely on this screen when communicating with clients because it centralizes all important customer data in one place.

Viewing Contact Information #
When opening a contact profile, users can view the following information:
• Contact name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company information
• Assigned user
• Lead status
Additional custom fields may also appear depending on CRM configuration.
Editing Contact Information #
To update a contact record:
- Open the Lead List
- Select a contact
- Tap the Edit icon
- Modify the required fields
- Tap Save
