See Notifications & Reminders for full details.

Data & Sync #

Refresh Workspace Data

When your administrator makes changes in WordPress (new custom fields, updated lists, modified stages, etc.), the mobile app needs to sync:

  1. Go to Settings → Data & Sync
  2. Tap Refresh Workspace Data
  3. Wait for sync to complete

This re-downloads: user permissions, custom fields, lists, tags, stages, and active columns.

Auto-Refresh

The app automatically checks for data freshness:

  • On app launch, if more than 24 hours since last refresh
  • After an app update is detected
  • A toast notification confirms when auto-refresh completes

When to Manual Refresh

  • After admin adds/removes custom fields
  • After admin changes lists, tags, or stages
  • After admin modifies your CRM role or permissions
  • If data appears stale or incorrect

Check for Updates #

Tap to check if a newer version of PloverCRM is available on the App Store or Google Play.

  • Android: If an update is available, it downloads in the background (flexible update)
  • iOS: Shows an alert with the option to open the App Store

You can skip a version and won’t be prompted again for that specific version.

Stages Management #

View and manage your pipeline stages:

  • Settings → Stages (accessible from workspace settings)
  • View all configured stages with their colors
  • Stage configuration is managed by your administrator in WordPress

Tips #

  • Use System theme to match your device’s appearance automatically
  • Disable unused quick actions to keep the contact detail page clean
  • Refresh workspace data after any admin-side configuration changes
  • Keep the app updated for the latest features and bug fixes
