Overview #
The Workspace Settings section allows administrators and authorized users to manage CRM workspaces within the mobile application. Workspaces help organize data for different teams, departments, or business units.
Each workspace may contain its own leads, contacts, settings, and configurations.

Workspace Management #
Users can perform several workspace actions including:
- Creating new workspaces
- Switching between workspaces
- Editing workspace details
- Removing unused workspaces
Access Permissions #
Workspace access may depend on user roles and permissions defined in the CRM system.
Only authorized users may modify workspace configurations.
Best Practices #
- Create separate workspaces for different teams
- Assign clear workspace names
- Remove unused workspaces regularly
