WordPress Site Requirements #
- PloverCRM plugin installed and activated
- Secure website (HTTPS)
- API password generated by your administrator
What You’ll Need #

- WordPress username (not email)
- API password from admin
Step 1: Download from App Store #
Open App Store #
- Tap App Store icon on home screen
- Tap Search tab (bottom right)
- Type “PloverCRM”
- Tap Search

Identify Correct App #
Look for:
- App Name: PloverCRM
- Developer: WebPlover
- Icon: PloverCRM logo
- Category: Business
Download #
- Tap GET button
- Authenticate with Face ID/Touch ID/password
- Wait for download (1-2 minutes)
- Button changes to OPEN

Step 2: First Launch #
Launch App #
- Tap PloverCRM icon on home screen
- Wait for splash screen
- Login screen appears

Enter Credentials #
Site URL:

Username:
- WordPress username (not email)
- Case-sensitive
API Password:
- 12-character password from admin
- NOT your WordPress password

Connect #
- Review credentials
- Tap Login

- Workspace sync begins
Step 3: Grant Permissions #
Notification Permission #
When prompted:
- Tap Allow for push notifications
- Enables new contact alerts and reminders
Enable later: Settings → PloverCRM → Notifications → Allow
Background App Refresh (Optional) #
To enable:
- Settings → General → Background App Refresh
- Find PloverCRM
- Toggle ON
