If changes are not showing up in the mobile app, the web app, or WordPress, the problem may be caused by a cache plugin.
This is especially common if LiteSpeed Cache is installed.
What to check #
In LiteSpeed Cache, make sure this setting is turned OFF:

How to find it #
- In WordPress, open LiteSpeed Cache.
- Go to Cache.
- Find Cache REST API.
- Turn it OFF.
- Save your changes.
Why this helps #
PloverCRM uses the REST API to load fresh data. If the REST API is being cached, the app may show old information or may not update properly.
