Overview #
PloverCRM mobile gives you full CRM access from your phone — view and manage contacts, track stages, set reminders, receive push notifications, and switch between multiple workspaces on the go.
Available on: iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play)

WordPress Site #
- PloverCRM plugin installed and activated
- HTTPS enabled (required for secure API communication)
- API password generated for your user account
Credentials You’ll Need #
Your administrator provides these:
- Site URL — your WordPress site address (e.g.,
https://yoursite.com) - Username — your WordPress username (not email)
- API Password — a 12-character password generated in PloverCRM settings (this is not your WordPress login password)
Installing the App #
iOS #
- Open the App Store
- Search for PloverCRM https://apps.apple.com/us/app/plover-crm/
- Verify the developer is WebPlover
- Tap GET and authenticate with Face ID / Touch ID
- Wait for download to complete
Android #
- Open Google Play Store
- Search for PloverCRM
- Verify the developer is WebPlover and package is
ploverCRMhttps://play.google.com/ - Tap Install
- Wait for download to complete
Logging In #
- Open the PloverCRM app
- Enter your Site URL — include
https://, no trailing slash, no/wp-admin✅ https://yoursite.com ✅ https://crm.yoursite.com ❌ yoursite.com ❌ https://yoursite.com/wp-admin - Enter your Username (case-sensitive, not email)
- Enter your API Password (case-sensitive, 12 characters)
- Tap Login
The app will authenticate and sync your workspace data (custom fields, lists, tags, stages). This takes 5–15 seconds on first login.
Granting Permissions #
Notifications #
When prompted, tap Allow to enable push notifications. This is needed for:
- New lead alerts
- Reminder notifications
- In-app update prompts
Enable later:
- iOS: Settings → PloverCRM → Notifications → Allow
- Android: Settings → Apps → PloverCRM → Notifications → ON
After Login #
Once logged in, you’ll land on the Dashboard showing:
- Stage pipeline with contact counts
- Key stats (total contacts, lists, tags)
- Leads growth graph
- Upcoming reminders
- Lists for quick filtering
The bottom tab bar gives you access to:

Adding More Workspaces #
You can connect multiple WordPress sites:
- Tap the workspace name in the header → Add New Workspace
- Or go to Settings → Workspace → Add New Workspace
- Enter the new site’s URL, username, and API password
- Tap Login
Switch between workspaces anytime from the header dropdown.
