Overview #
The Search Contacts feature allows users to quickly locate contacts or leads within the CRM database. Searching is essential when managing large datasets containing hundreds or thousands of records.
The search tool helps users find contacts by name, email, phone number, or other available CRM fields.

Searching for Contacts #
To search for a contact:
- Open the Lead or Contact List
- Tap the Search Bar
- Enter the contact name or keyword
- Review matching results
The system automatically filters contacts as you type.
Supported Search Fields #
Search results may include matches from:
• Contact name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name
• Custom fields
Tips for Better Search #
• Use partial names if full name unknown
• Search by phone number when possible
• Combine search with filters
