Overview #
PloverCRM mobile reminders provide:
- Local Notifications – Work offline, trigger at scheduled time
- Contact Integration – Every reminder linked to a contact
- Flexible Scheduling – Any future date/time in your timezone
- Offline Capability – View and receive notifications without internet
- Permission-Based – Only see reminders for contacts you can view
Creating Reminders #
From Contact Details (Recommended) #
- Open contact → Reminders tab
- Tap Add Reminder (+)
- Fill out form
- Tap Save

Reminder Fields #
Contact (Required) – Pre-filled from contact details or select from list
Title (Optional) – Brief description (e.g., “Follow up call”, “Send proposal”)
Note (Optional) – Detailed context, action items, references
Date (Required) – Cannot select past dates, defaults to today
Time (Required) – Uses device timezone, 12/24-hour based on device settings
Viewing & Managing #
Access: Tap Reminders icon or open contact → Reminders tab
Edit: Tap Edit → Update details → Save
Complete: Tap Complete button or swipe right (iOS)
Delete: Swipe left (iOS) or long-press (Android) → Delete

Notifications #
Reminders use local notifications that work offline:
- Trigger at exact scheduled time
- Tap to open contact details
- Work without internet connection
Permissions: Settings → PloverCRM → Notifications → Allow ON

Troubleshooting #
Notifications Not Appearing: Check notification permissions, disable Do Not Disturb
Reminders Not Syncing: Pull to refresh, check internet connection
Cannot Edit: Can only edit pending reminders, not completed
