Manage Lead Reminders
Create and manage follow-up reminders for a lead from the Reminders tab.
Open a lead’s reminders #
- Open the lead’s Lead Details screen.
- Tap Reminders.
- Review the pending and completed reminders.

The tab shows the number of pending reminders and, when applicable, the number of completed reminders.
Add a reminder #
- Tap Add.
- Review the lead shown in New Reminder.
- Optionally enter a Title and Note.
- Choose when the reminder should occur.
- Use Custom when you need to pick a specific date and time.
- Tap Create Reminder.
A reminder must be scheduled for a future date and time. PloverCRM can show Please select a future date and time when the selected time has already passed.
Review reminder status #
A reminder can appear as:
- Upcoming — The scheduled time has not arrived.
- Overdue — The scheduled time has passed and the reminder is not complete.
- Completed — The reminder has been marked complete.
Tap a reminder to open Reminder Details.
Complete a reminder #
- Open the reminder details.
- Tap Mark as Complete.
- Wait for the confirmation and updated status.
Completing a reminder removes its pending follow-up state.
Edit or reschedule a reminder #
- Open Reminder Details for an incomplete reminder.
- Tap the edit control to change the title, note, or scheduled date and time.
- Tap Save Changes.
To reschedule without opening edit mode:
- Tap Reschedule.
- Choose a quick option such as 15 min, 1 hour, or Tomorrow 9 AM, or choose Custom time.
- Save the new time when using a custom schedule.
Delete a reminder #
- Open Reminder Details.
- Tap the delete icon.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deleting a reminder removes that reminder from the lead. Review the confirmation before choosing Delete.
Empty and error states #
If the lead has no reminders, PloverCRM can show No reminders for this lead. Use Add to create the first reminder.
If reminders cannot be loaded, use the retry control shown by PloverCRM and review the displayed error.
What happens next #
PloverCRM updates the reminder list and schedules or cancels device notifications as the reminder changes.
