Configure Lead Table Columns

Choose which fields appear in the lead table and arrange them so the information your team uses most often is easy to review. This changes the table view, not the lead records themselves.

Select and arrange columns #

  1. Open Settings and select the lead-table or CRM display settings.
  2. Review the available columns.
  3. Turn on the fields you need, such as contact information, source, stage, assignee, or dates.
  4. Turn off fields that make the table difficult to scan.
  5. Drag columns into the order that suits your workflow when reordering is available.
  6. Save or apply the layout.
  7. Open the Leads view and confirm the result.

Do not remove a column merely because its values are currently empty; a field may be populated by a future source or workflow.

Troubleshooting #

If a field is not available, it may require a permission, custom-field configuration, or supported data type. Check the CRM or custom-field settings instead of creating a duplicate field. If the table looks unchanged, clear filters and refresh once.
