3. User Accounts

- Backup and recovery of your data
5.2 Our Access to Data
We do not have access to the contact data you store in your PloverCRM installation. We may collect:

- Expo push notification services
Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use PloverCRM to:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Collect or harvest personal information without consent
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights

8. Intellectual Property

10. Updates and Maintenance

We may release updates, patches, and new versions of PloverCRM. You are responsible for installing updates on your WordPress site. The mobile app may update automatically.
10.2 Maintenance
We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts access to plovercrm.com or update services. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
11. Disclaimers and Warranties
11.1 "AS IS" Basis
PloverCRM is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
11.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that:
- PloverCRM will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from using PloverCRM will be accurate or reliable
- All bugs or defects will be corrected
11.3 Self-Hosted Responsibility
As a self-hosted solution, you are responsible for:
- Your WordPress server security and performance
- Compatibility with your hosting environment
- Data backup and disaster recovery
- Compliance with applicable laws
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
WebPlover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Cost of substitute services
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of PloverCRM shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WebPlover, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of PloverCRM
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may stop using PloverCRM at any time by:
- Uninstalling the WordPress plugin
- Deleting the mobile app
- Closing your account on plovercrm.com
14.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to PloverCRM if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
- We discontinue the Service
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your license to use PloverCRM ends immediately
- You must cease all use of the Service
- Data stored on your WordPress server remains under your control
- We may delete your account data on plovercrm.com after a reasonable period
15. Dispute Resolution
