Contact PloverCRM Support when the Help Center and applicable troubleshooting steps do not resolve your question. A clear, reproducible request helps support identify whether the problem involves your account, permissions, workspace connection, browser, or a product service.
Prepare your request #
Before opening support:
- Confirm the affected workspace and connected website.
- Read the relevant Help Center article.
- Write down what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Record the exact non-sensitive error message.
- Note the feature, screen, approximate time, and steps that reproduce the issue.
- Check whether another authorized user can reproduce it.
- Ask an administrator to submit issues involving billing, ownership, roles, or restricted settings.
Do not repeatedly retry an operation that could create duplicate leads, send messages, or trigger an external conversion.
Submit a support request #
- Sign in to the PloverCRM Web Dashboard.
- Open Help, Support, or the account menu.
- Select Contact Support, Support Portal, or the matching option.
- Choose the closest issue category when one is provided.
- Enter a short description of the problem.
- Include the expected result, actual result, reproduction steps, affected feature, workspace identifier approved for sharing, browser, and approximate time.
- Attach only redacted screenshots or files that help explain the problem.
- Submit the request.
- Keep the support reference and reply in the same request.
The support option and form may vary by account or plan.
Protect private information #
Never include passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, private API details, payment information, or full customer records. Redact names, email addresses, phone numbers, private website addresses, webhook URLs, and other sensitive values before attaching material. Use an approved credential flow if support needs to verify access; do not send credentials in ordinary messages.
During follow-up #
Support may ask you to confirm the workspace, repeat a safe test, refresh a connection, or provide a browser detail. Follow only the requested steps, avoid changing unrelated settings, and tell support if the issue has already resolved. Keep the case history together so earlier troubleshooting is not repeated unnecessarily.
