# View What’s New in the Web Dashboard

Use **What's New** to review PloverCRM improvements, new features, fixes, and product updates available to your account. An announcement explains what changed; it does not necessarily mean that the feature is enabled for every workspace or plan.

## Open What's New

1. Sign in to the PloverCRM Web Dashboard.
2. Open the **Help**, **Updates**, or account menu shown in the navigation or header.
3. Select **What's New**.
4. Open an update that interests you.
5. Read the release details and any linked documentation.

The location and label may vary by PloverCRM version.

## Evaluate an update

Before changing your teams workflow, check:

- Which feature changed.
- Whether the update applies to your plan and workspace.
- Whether an administrator must enable or configure it.
- Whether existing settings, permissions, or integrations are affected.
- Whether the update changes a customer-facing workflow.
- Whether a Help Center article explains the new behavior.

Test important changes with approved data before using them in a live process. Do not assume that a newly announced feature is active, available to your role, or supported by an existing integration.

## Share an update with your team

1. Copy the update title or link through an approved internal channel.
2. Explain which workflow or team is affected.
3. Share the related Help Center article.
4. Agree on any testing or configuration steps before changing live processes.

If the announced behavior is missing or different, confirm the workspace, permissions, plan notices, and connection status before contacting support.
