# Delete Leads from the Web Dashboard

Delete a lead only when you are sure the record is no longer needed. Deletion can remove the lead and its associated information from the workspace and may not be reversible.

## Delete one lead from the drawer

1. Open the lead in the **Lead Detail Drawer**.
2. Open the **three-dot** actions menu in the lead header.
3. Select **Delete**.
4. Review the confirmation message and verify that it names the correct lead.
5. Confirm the deletion.
6. Wait for the operation to finish and verify that the lead is no longer in the leads list.

## Delete leads with a bulk action

1. In the leads table, select the checkbox for each lead you want to delete. Selecting a lead number or its row checkbox selects that lead.
2. To select all leads on the current page, select the checkbox at the top of the table.
3. Use the bulk-action menu and choose **Delete**.
4. Review the selected lead count and confirmation message.
5. Confirm the deletion and wait for the operation to finish.

You can delete up to 100 leads at a time with a bulk action. Review the selected leads carefully before confirming.

## Before confirming

- Check that you selected the correct lead.
- Export or record any information your organization must retain before deleting it.
- Make sure the lead is not needed for an active follow-up, automation, report, or compliance requirement.

If the delete option is unavailable, your role may not allow lead deletion. Ask a workspace administrator for help rather than attempting to bypass the restriction.

> **Caution:** Deleted lead data may not be recoverable. Cancel the confirmation if you are not certain.
