# Connect Meta Lead Ads Forms

Connect Meta lead forms so submissions from selected Facebook or Instagram lead forms can be received in PloverCRM.

## Connect Meta

1. Open **Data Sources**.
2. Select **Add Source** and choose **Meta Lead Ads**.
3. Start the connection and sign in to Meta when prompted.
4. Review and approve the requested permissions.
5. Select the Meta business account, page, and available lead forms.
6. Save the connection.

Use the Meta identity that can access the relevant business and page. Do not share your Meta password or authorization details.

## Configure incoming leads

Review the form fields and configure the destination, default stage, assignee, lists, tags, and other routing options available for the source. Test one submission and verify the resulting lead.

## Manage the connection

Open the Meta source in **Data Sources** to refresh forms, review status, repair authorization, or disconnect it when appropriate. Disconnecting the source does not delete leads already received.

## Troubleshooting

If a page or form is missing, check the Meta account permissions and page access. If submissions are not arriving, review the source status and logs, then test the form again.
