# Connect Google Ads and Meta CAPI

Connect Google Ads or Meta CAPI before using their conversion actions in an automation.

## Connect Google Ads

1. Open the automation integration or provider-connection area.
2. Select **Google Ads** and choose **Connect**.
3. Sign in to the Google account with access to the required Ads account.
4. Review and approve the requested permissions.
5. Select the Ads account and complete the connection.
6. Return to PloverCRM and confirm that the connection is active.

## Connect Meta CAPI

1. Open the Meta CAPI connection area.
2. Select **Connect** or **Add connection**.
3. Enter or authorize the required Meta connection information.
4. Select the intended business or account when prompted.
5. Save the connection and confirm its status.

Never include provider credentials, tokens, or secrets in screenshots or support requests.

## Repair or reconnect

Open the inactive connection and select **Repair**, **Reconnect**, or the matching action. Complete authorization again and verify the account before saving.

## Disconnect a provider

Open the connection's actions menu and select **Disconnect**. Confirm the correct provider connection. Existing automation records are not necessarily removed, but actions that require the disconnected provider cannot complete until a valid connection is restored.
