# Understand the Advocate Program in the Web Dashboard

The PloverCRM Advocate Program is an optional program for eligible customers who want to share feedback, recommend PloverCRM, participate in approved customer stories, or take part in other advocacy activities. Availability, eligibility, benefits, and terms may vary by account, region, and campaign.

## Find the program

1. Sign in to the PloverCRM Web Dashboard.
2. Open the **Help**, **Account**, or updates area shown in your account.
3. Select **Advocate Program** when it is available.
4. Review the program description, eligibility requirements, participation steps, and terms.
5. Follow the displayed instructions only if you decide to participate.

If the program is not visible, your account may not currently be eligible or the feature may not be enabled.

## Review the terms first

Before participating, confirm:

- Who is eligible.
- What activity is requested.
- Whether participation is voluntary.
- Whether rewards, referrals, credits, or other benefits have conditions.
- How submitted feedback, quotes, logos, or other material may be used.
- Whether approval is required before public use.
- How to stop participating or ask questions.

Do not represent that you speak for your organization unless you have permission to do so.

## Protect confidential information

Use general product feedback or approved examples. Never share customer names, contact information, private business data, credentials, API keys, screenshots containing lead records, or confidential internal processes. Obtain your organization approval before submitting a testimonial, logo, case study, or public quote.

## If you have questions

Review the displayed program terms first. Ask your account administrator about organizational approval or contact PloverCRM through the approved support channel without including private credentials.
